Exposed sheathing left open even for a day or two invites moisture damage that costs far more to fix than the original impact.
Emergency calls route directly to an on-call technician, not a general voicemail queue.
We maintain overnight and weekend availability specifically for urgent siding damage.
Emergency technicians carry the same licensing and insurance as our scheduled installation crews.
Temporary and permanent repairs both meet the same workmanship standard.
Exposed sheathing or a hole in the wall typically gets a technician on-site the same day.
We triage calls by severity — active exposure first, cosmetic damage scheduled normally.
Emergency calls are priced fairly, with the total explained before work starts, even outside normal hours.
Temporary and permanent repair costs are itemized separately so you know what each step costs.
Emergencies come in a lot of forms — here's what we typically respond to and how.
We confirm arrival time on the call so you know what to expect before we hang up. The on-call technician can often tell over the phone whether a temporary fix is safe to attempt yourself until arrival.
Open sheathing gets a temporary weatherproof seal immediately to stop water intrusion until permanent repair. We check the interior side of the affected wall for any sign water already got through.
We check surrounding panels and trim for related impact damage during the same visit. We photograph the damage and impact point before removing anything, useful if you're filing a claim against another party.
Branch and tree-related damage is one of the most common emergency calls we get, especially after wind events. Debris from the tree gets cleared from the work area as part of the same visit when it's safe to do so.
Damage from vandalism gets repaired and, on request, documented with photos for a police report or insurance claim. We note paint type or damage method in our documentation, which sometimes helps a police report.
When full repair material needs ordering, we install a temporary weatherproof patch to protect the wall in the meantime. We follow up proactively once permanent material arrives rather than waiting for you to call back.
Dispatch gives you a real arrival window on the call, not a vague callback promise.
We assess safety first, especially with vehicle impact or structural-adjacent damage.
Documentation is provided if you need it for insurance or a police report.
Temporary weatherproofing goes on immediately, with permanent repair scheduled as soon as material is ready.
Called at 11pm after a branch put a hole in our wall and someone was actually there within the hour.
Same-day temporary patch held up through a week of rain before the permanent repair material arrived.
Emergency pricing was explained clearly upfront, no surprise after-hours charge sprung on us.
Fallen tree limb took out a whole section and they coordinated timing with the tree removal company themselves.
Call now, any hour — active damage gets a technician dispatched the same day.
